PhysiciansHR is an online platform that any health clinic can use in order to assist their clients in assessing the proper nutritional and herbal nutrition for their current symptoms, if you are a professional in the healthcare field then you can use our platform to help your clients get a quick scan for their symptoms while finding the best products that can help them with those symptoms.

On the other hand if you are a client or a patient looking forward to get your overall health better, then you can work with any of the clinics that registered in our platform and take advantage of their services, you don’t necessarily have to be in the same place as they are since PhysiciansHR is online and can help you and your clinic work and cooperate with each other and even the products delivery to you will be taken care of.

PhysiciansHR has benefits to both clinics and clients, initially it is quick way for clients to get an overall assessment of their symptoms without having to go into full tests that require time and effort on both sides and clients might be more hesitant to try it, the results of a survey assessment might eventually recommend performing a full test, however at that point the clients will be more comfortable doing it since since they have more understanding of their symptoms and issues that might be revealed with the survey.

Welcome to PhysiciansHR and thank you for signing up. Here, we will help you get the most out of our services and take you through the steps to setup your clinic and start your online report business!

One of the most important aspects of your account is your clinic website with PhysiciansHR.

Each clinic will have their own website, which they can customize to more powerfully reflect what they offer for their clients. Branding and personalizing your website can enhance a clients’ experience, provide exposure to their services and eventually get more clients to sign up.

To setup your website, you can go to the “Clinic Profile” screen. From there, you add your clinic logo, clinic name, the email that you will use to receive notifications and a summary about your clinic. It is a good idea to add a cover image for your clinic, as it adds a nice touch to your website. Another two important fields to complete are the address and contact info fields. These also show up on your website and are important for your clients to find you and know ways to contact you. You can add multiple entries for each field.

When your website is all setup, we recommend sending invitations to your existing clients. When they sign up, they will receive the Part 1-survey automatically that the can fill. They won’t necessarily have to submit it if they don’t want to, but this way they can recommend it to others who might need such assessment. You can also share your website on other platforms where you think more potential clients will be intrigued about your services and might be willing to sign up.

Once a client signs up and submits a survey, your clinic will receive a notification email. Instantly, their survey will then go through an analysis phase, where all the numbers are summed up and clear view of the results is prepared using computerized mechanisms. Then, a list of nutritional and herbal products will be recommended, and finally the survey will be ready for your clinic to review. At this point, all the results of the analysis are not still available to the client, so the clinic has control on the results the client will eventually see.

After you review the client’s survey, you can add your own comments and prepare a recommendation to your client by selecting products from the suggested list.You are not controlled or limited by the products suggested after the analysis, as you can add products from the additional nutrition section. For each product, you can enter your own pricing, your specific comments and dosing details in the way that suites your client.

Once your client gets their recommendation, they can chose to create an order within PhysiciansHR. They can customize how many bottles they want from each product within the range of number that you suggested, and both you and your client will be notified whenever your attention is needed. PhysiciansHR will soon have the capability to invoice and accept payments for these orders, but for now, the clinic is responsible to invoice, accept payments and contact Standard Enzyme for client orders.

How to use symptoms survey in the best way possible

The first thing your clients should be doing after signing up is filling out a symptoms survey. PhysiciansHR creates a survey automatically after clients sign up (unless you change the preferences settings) and sends them a notification email.

The first thing you need to do is to make sure they fill it out and help answer any questions they might have.

If your clients don’t finish their survey, you have the option of sending them a reminder email, which you can do right from PhysiciansHR.

The next step would be for your clients to submit a completed survey. After submission, their survey will be automatically analyzed and you will receive an email notification, which prompts you to review the results. You will have access to the overview of the results and a list of products that are beneficial to your client based on those results. Look at the results in the Statistics section and also in the health concerns section and add your own comments in the Survey Results section. The client will not be able to see the names of the groups, so having the comments in the Survey Results section is one of the most important aspects the client will be looking for. You can create a recommendation tailored to meet your client’s needs using the list of suggested products and any additional products from a drop down list.

Recommending a list of products for your client is very important to move them from the assessment to the step of using products, which can help them with their symptoms. Our platform helps you create a recommendation and schedule they can use to understand how to use their product.

For clients who continue on this process further, they can re-order the same products again or you can create another survey (Part 1 or Part 2) survey to re-evaluate their health and work on additional health concerns they may have.

How to use nutrition recommendations and what options are available

One of the most important aspects of PhysiciansHR is its nutrition recommendation process. This begins when the automated analysis on clients’ survey are performed. Our platform will then suggest the supplements based on the client’s results. You can follow this process to create a nutritional recommendation by selecting the suggested supplements that you would like to include. Our platform also gives you the flexibility of adding any or all of the suggested supplements or recommend other supplements from an extensive list.

After including the supplements to place on the clients’ schedule, you are given several options allowing you to customize all the details about each supplement, like its form, size, price, usage comments and a default dosing schedule. This way, you have 100% control on the results your client will receive. You can also customize the product details, so your client can use it in the best way possible.

Each product that is recommended will have default values for its form, size and other properties. However, you still have the flexibility of changing these values. PhysiciansHR will remember your preferences and price changes and these will automatically save for each future nutritional recommendation you work on.

Your clients can order products you recommend, learn how

The nutritional supplementation that you create for your client is still considered to be a suggestion to your client and doesn’t represent the actual process of ordering the products. PhysiciansHR gives the client the ability to create an order based on their nutritional suggestions. This gives your client the flexibility of looking at their products from another perspective, with quantity and price details only.

Your clients will have the flexibility of changing the number of bottles they want to actually buy, but it has to be within the range you specify. They can choose to include or remove products, which reflects the clinic retail prices you set. Eventually, they can confirm their order when they are ready. Once they confirm their order, your clinic will get an email notification and you can change the status to the order, indicating “In Progress” (you are working on it) and when it is completed, changing its status to “Done” (indicating that you either handed the order to the client in person or that it was shipped).

All the orders your client makes will be listed under their profile, so you will have a clear idea of the orders they made for your records.

What is nutrition recommendation?

Nutrition recommendation is a list of nutritional and herbal supplements that you recommend to your clients in other to help them with their current symptoms, the recommendation will be considered as a suggestions until your clients confirm they want to create an order based on it, the recommendation process starts with a list of suggested supplements that we recommend based on the client’s survey, you can select the products we suggest or create your own recommendation list.

Nutrition recommendation will contain full details on each product and you will have the option of doing changes on it to the best of your client.

How to create a nutrition recommendation?

To create a nutrition recommendation, follow these steps:

Go to PhysiciansHR
Sign in with your account details.
In the menu on the left side, click on “Survey Reports”

Click on the survey name for the client you need to create a recommendation for.
Scroll down to the “Nutrition Recommendations” section and click “Create nutrition recommendation”.

A new recommendation screen will show up with a list of the suggested supplements, you can choose to select from the list or to skip this step.
You can then add other supplements by clicking the button “Add nutrition” where a list of supplements will appear in a panel on the right side with full details available on each supplement.

When done, you need to click the “Save” button to save your changes, at this point, the recommendation is still a draft and will not be visible to your client.
When you are ready, you can click the “Send to client” and your client will get a notification and they will be able to see their recommendation.
Notice that for the recommendation to be visible to your client their survey must be submitted to them too.
