What is PhysiciansHR? How can I benefit from it?

PhysiciansHR is an online platform that any health clinic can use in order to assist their clients in assessing the proper nutritional and herbal nutrition for their current symptoms, if you are a professional in the healthcare field then you can use our platform to help your clients get a quick scan for their symptoms while finding the best products that can help them with those symptoms.

On the other hand if you are a client or a patient looking forward to get your overall health better, then you can work with any of the clinics that registered in our platform and take advantage of their services, you don’t necessarily have to be in the same place as they are since PhysiciansHR is online and can help you and your clinic work and cooperate with each other and even the products delivery to you will be taken care of.

PhysiciansHR has benefits to both clinics and clients, initially it is quick way for clients to get an overall assessment of their symptoms without having to go into full tests that require time and effort on both sides and clients might be more hesitant to try it, the results of a survey assessment might eventually recommend performing a full test, however at that point the clients will be more comfortable doing it since since they have more understanding of their symptoms and issues that might be revealed with the survey.

As for the clinic, using our platform helps getting more clients since the client will not have to start with a full test but with the survey assessment instead which is faster and is less expensive, at the same time, both clinics and clients can take advantage of our online platform as a collaborative environment that is always available and easily accessible by both, they can also benefit from product recommendation features that are rich in details about the products and their benefits.

How to allow my employees to fill out a survey?

Employees can also fill out survey forms but they need to have a client profile to do this, however they do not need to sign up as a client, you can quickly create a client account for any employee by following these steps:

Go to PhysiciansHR
Sign in with your account details.
In the menu on the left side, click on “Clinic Employees”
Go to the card of the employee that you want to create a client for and click on the card top right corner that has 3 diagonal lines in it, the card will flip on its back and if that employee does not have a client account already an option will appear called “Create Client”.

Create the “Create Client” option, the card will be refreshed and if this is your own account, an option will show up called “Switch to Client”, this option allows you to sign in as a client and fill out a survey for your self.

What are roles and how to use them?

PhysiciansHR has two important modes, a client mode and a clinic mode, the clinic mode has employees and allows them to do management and service work for the clients, with the client mode though the user will be able to fill out a survey and submit it when done, in order to give the employees the ability to fill out a survey for themselves, they can switch their role and sign in to the clinic as a client.

In each mode, the user will be able to do certain tasks, this separation is important so users will not be confused with what they can do at a certain stage, also it is important to avoid performing actions to other clients by mistake while thinking this is your own account.

To switch your account, follow these steps:

Go to PhysiciansHR
Sign in with your account details.
If you are not already signed in, a screen will show up titled “Choose an account”, with two options “Clinic Employee” and “Client”.
Click the option you need and you will be signed in with that role.
You can always switch to the other role when needed by clicking on the menu icon on the top right corner under your name, a menu will show up with “Switch Account” option, clicking this option takes you to the “Choose an account” screen.

How to create a survey for your client?

Creating a survey copy for your client is very simple and for new registered clients it is something that happens automatically, right after your client sign up, our system will create them survey copy and send them an email about it, this way they will have the chance of exploring the survey and looking a the symptoms.

Your client can have one survey in progress at a time, when their survey is done, you can create them another one by following these steps:

Go to PhysiciansHR
Sign in with your account details.
In the menu on the left side, click on “Clients”
Go to the card of the client that you want to create a survey for and click on the card top right corner that has 3 diagonal lines in it, the card will flip on its back, click on the circular button with a plus in it called “Survey”, a menu will show up giving you the option to create survey Part 1 or Part 2, choose the one you prefer and a survey will be created for your client and they will be notified about it.

What happens when a client submits their survey?

When your clients are done with their survey filling process and they submit it, you will get an email notification about their submission. An automated analysis process will be performed, where all the totals, scores and percentages are generated and a list of suggested supplements are produced based on the survey results. Then it will be ready for your clinic to review. No results will be visible to your client before you post it back to them.

During your review process, you can go to the “Survey Results” and add your own comments or suggestions to your client. You can also create a nutrition recommendation with a list of supplements that you choose from the suggested ones or you can select other supplements from the list as well. After approving the nutritional recommendation, you can post the survey back to your client. The client will be notified by email and be prompted to view their results.

From a payment point of view, notice that when your client submits their survey, your card on file will be charged with PhysiciansHR fees for survey processing. If you required your client to do online payments, their card will be charged and your clinic will be paid automatically for the survey processing you offered to your client.
